Know more about our trainer - Kah Onn

Kah Onn graduated with a degree in Food Science and Technology. He is currently the head of nutrition at EternaLife and takes a scientific approach towards nutrition, health and wellness. He is an NCSF certified personal trainer with extensive years of CrossFit, powerlifting and running experience.

With his training and nutrition background, Kah Onn believes in sustainable habits that will last a lifetime. With these sessions, rest assured that you can get into your best shape regardless of where you are now.

Have Questions?

All sessions are personalised and tailored towards your genetics, lifestyle and most importantly, goals. For example, some will have weight loss goals while others may have performance goals and both would require a different set of exercises. Hence, no program will be the identical. 

Sessions will come inclusive of a body composition assessment, goal setting and a personalised nutrition and training plan. The first session comprises of consultation and assessments to establish a strong foundation for program building.

All appointments will be made directly with your trainer. This can be done on a scheduled or an ad-hoc basis, depending on your arrangement with him/her. 

If you do require an urgent session, do not hesitate to reach out to us or your trainer to see if it is feasible.

As the sessions are scheduled with our fitness partner Core Collective, we operate strictly based on their opening hours.

Monday to Friday: 6.00am - 9.00pm

Saturday: 7.00am - 4.00pm

Sunday: Closed

Public Holidays: 8.00am - 6.00pm

Core Collective Dempsey

Monday to Friday: 6.00am - 9.00pm

Saturday: 7.00am - 4.00pm

Sunday: 8.00am - 1.00pm

Public Holidays: 8.00am - 6.00pm

If you are not comfortable with these locations, feel free to contact us. We also offer at-home fitness services such as condominium gyms and outdoor fitness stations/parks.
